The sconce arrived very quickly and was in perfect shape. Another sconce that I also ordered arrived with a broken globe. Lighting Universe immediately sent a replacement globe that arrived in only a few days and in great condition.
This company is a dream to work with and obviously takes pride in their customer relations. I will be ordering from them again!
